- I manage a general practice of law, which includes Personal Injury, Automobile Accidents, Criminal Defense, Traffic Matters, and Simple Wills.
- I received my license to practice law from the North Carolina State Bar in 1985. I was an associate with a small firm in Raleigh, N.C., for four years before opening my own law office in Wilson County in 1989.
- I am a 1985 graduate of the Campbell University School of Law. I was a staff member on the Campbell Law Review.
- I worked in Sales with a division of American Hospital Supply Corp. for several years prior to returning to law school.
- I am a 1976 graduate of Duke University where I earned an undergraduate degree in History. I attended Duke on an athletic scholarship and was a three year letter-winner on the Duke University Football team (1972-1976).
- I was born in New Bern, Craven County, North Carolina, and was raised in Havelock, Craven County, North Carolina, where I attended public schools.
- My wife and law partner is Charlene Boykin King. Although married at the time, we maintained separate practices until 2002, when we merged to form KING & KING, L.L.P. We have three adult children: Austen, Parker and Sara.

- My law practice is limited to FAMILY LAW issues, including: Custody, Child Support, Property and Debt Division, Spousal Support and Alimony, Separation and Property Settlement Agreements, Domestic Violence Litigation.
- I received my license to practice law from the North Carolina State Bar in 1984. I have practiced law in Wilson County since my admission to the Bar.
- I am a 1984 graduate of the Campbell University School of Law. I served as an editor on the Campbell Law Review.
- I am a 1981 graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where I earned an undergraduate degree in Journalism. I was a four year letter-winner on the UNC Varsity Women’s Basketball team (1978-1981).
- I was born and raised in Stantonsburg, Wilson County, North Carolina, and attended public schools in Wilson County.
- My husband and law partner is W. Lewis King. Although married at the time, we maintained separate practices until 2002, when we merged to form KING & KING, L.L.P. We have three adult children: Austen, Parker and Sara.
STAFF:
Kali Radford and Wendy Silva manage the office. They work together with Mr. and Mrs. King to provide the best service to our clients. Kali has been with King & King for 13 years, and Wendy has been with us since the summer of 2013.
